The Cosmic Clouds rose produces extraordinarily full, cupped blooms in shifting shades of magenta-purple and deep violet. As the blossoms age and their colors deepen, the contrasting petal surfaces create an almost swirling effect, giving the plant a different appearance from every angle.

The name Cosmic Clouds seems perfectly suited to a rose whose colors are difficult to describe with a single shade. Its swirling mixture of magenta, violet, deep purple, and silvery white recalls the immense clouds of gas and dust found throughout space, where glowing colors mingle against the darkness. The rose’s changing, almost otherworldly colors make Cosmic Clouds an especially evocative name—its blossoms resembling tiny, richly colored nebulae suspended throughout the garden.
